Phoenix Health Co is not a replacement for your existing General Practitioner. We are a specialised preventative health service that complements and enhances standard general practice care.
We encourage you to retain your own GP for day-to-day medical needs. Phoenix focuses on what most clinics don't have the time or structure for- detailed proactive, long-term health optimisation.
The Foundational Health Assessment is completed over two visits. Visit one is a 60-minute GP consultation with history, examination and referrals for blood panel, DEXA scan and ECG. Visit two is a 45-minute results discussion where your personalised preventative health strategy is formed and imported to your Phoenix App.
No referral is needed for our Foundational Health Assessment. Simply book online or contact us.
GP consultations attract Medicare rebates. Many allied health services are claimable under private health extras cover. We provide itemised invoices for easy claiming. Patients may also be eligible for Medicare rebates for Allied health services if they have a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan.
Phase 1 is the Foundational Health Assessment. Phase 2 is your personalised 12-month program chosen with your GP based on your results and goals. Programs include Phoenix Vitality, Weight Optimisation, Women's Hormonal Health, Men's Health Over 40, Active Over 60s, and Peak Performance. Phase 3 is ongoing review and reset of your goals.
Phoenix is a GP-led preventative medical clinic designed for people who want more than reactive care. We integrate medicine, movement and recovery under one roof, with structured programs, advanced diagnostics and ongoing care coordination through the Phoenix App.
Yes- recovery therapies, allied health and training studio sessions can be accessed individually. GP consultations, DEXA scans, VO₂ Max testing and allied health sessions are available on request. We recommend a Foundational Assessment first for the best outcomes. Please note: Phoenix Health Co. is a specialised private health clinic and is not set up to service routine General Practice matters.
