Making the most of your appointment
Before you attend, think about the questions you would like to discuss and any previous results or reports you want the doctor to review. Ask reception what information to bring and whether an extended, prolonged or telehealth appointment is appropriate. The consultation is a chance to discuss your history and options; a particular test, prescription or programme is not automatically included. Your doctor will explain any recommended follow-up and the team can clarify its fees before you decide.

No. GP consultations can be accessed individually. The Phoenix Baseline and Foundational Health Assessment are separate options for people seeking a structured assessment. Ask which appointment best matches your enquiry.
