Our personalised training studio is equipped for strength training, conditioning and cardiovascular fitness and designed to support every Phoenix health plan. Whether you're recovering, building performance, optimising weight or maintaining health the gym is your cornerstone.
All workouts are structured, closely supported and tailored to meet your personal goals following your individual Exercise Physiologist sessions.

Daily Sessions
Gym Schedule
Join a coached session Monday through Saturday. Sessions run for 45 minutes and are capped at 14 participants to ensure quality guidance.
Mon - Fri + Sat (6:30 am and 7:30 am sessions)
Run Club, Stretch, Pilates and Breathwork sessions to be confirmed.
Timing subject to change.
