Behind your care.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together medical and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

Our Story

Why we built Phoenix Health Co.

Hear from Dr Oscar Horky on a new approach to preventative health - and why Phoenix exists.

Clinical Leadership

Medicine and movement, side by side.

Phoenix is built around genuine multidisciplinary collaboration rather than a traditional medical hierarchy. Medicine and movement lead the model together.

Dr Oscar Horky

Co-Founder & Head of Medicine

Dr Oscar Horky

MBBS, FRACGP, Bach. Industrial Design, Cert. IV in Fitness

Dr. Horky is a firm believer in the principle that movement is medicine and that sleep, diet and social connections are key pillars to wellbeing. He has a strong interest in decluttering the confusion around health fads and in ensuring that patients receive evidence-based proactive healthcare.

His focus is on enhancing patients’ healthspan whilst maximising their potential now and to building strong community connections through clear, reliable medical guidance

Angela Saville

Head of Movement

Angela Saville

B.Ed (Physical Education)

Angela Saville has spent almost two decades helping people improve their health through movement, education and community. As the founder of SAVVY Fitness, she built one of the Illawarra's most recognised movement communities, pioneering outdoor group fitness programs that empowered thousands of people of all ages and abilities to live healthier, more active lives.

Her experience extends beyond fitness, encompassing community health initiatives, wellness consulting, movement program design, large-scale events and strategic wellbeing projects. She has also developed Evermoves, a movement program focused on helping people improve mobility, resilience and longevity through purposeful movement.

At Phoenix Health Co, Angela leads the development of movement pathways that complement the organisation's preventative healthcare model, helping bridge the gap between medical advice and meaningful lifestyle change. Angela believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for improving long-term health and wellbeing.

Her philosophy centres on creating accessible, evidence-informed programs that build confidence, foster connection and empower people to stay active, independent and healthy throughout every stage of life. Her focus is on helping people move well, live well and create sustainable habits that support lifelong health.
