Your doctor will assess your individual needs and discuss appropriate investigations, treatment options and follow-up. Tell the team about any existing care arrangements so your care can be coordinated where appropriate.

The Foundational Health Assessment is completed over three appointments: an initial medical assessment, a movement and body composition assessment, and a results consultation. Our team will confirm the timing and preparation for each visit before you attend.

You do not need to join a medical program or complete a Foundational Health Assessment to enquire about an individual appointment. The team can explain the scope, fees and availability of the service you are considering.
